I love B‑21 ‑ 10 stars! I don’t like that UPS is the delivery provider. I am usually never home when UPS attempts to deliver and changing the delivery has a cost associated with it, and sometime their site is difficult to navigate. This is never my experience with FedEx. It isn’t the UPS driver, the driver for my route is great. It is the UPS organization’s process.

We use several different Online wine retailers but B‑21 was new to us. We were looking for a very specific Australian wine and a specific vintage. The 2023 Saint-Aubin Sous Roche Dumay 1er Cru comes from two parcels between 15 and 20 years old. This is quite complex on the nose, with honeysuckle, quince and citrus peel scents. It has an underlying mineralité only surfacing with aeration. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a keen line of acidity and real tension here. It may be the most Puligny-esque of Damien Colin's Saint-Aubin cuvées, with a linear finish that gets the saliva flowing. This is excellent.
