Fresh red plum, charred tomato, toasted herb and white pepper aromas make for a complex and inviting nose on this bottling. The palate is wrapped in a tense frame, as bright raspberry and hibiscus flavors are spiced up by more white-pepper dust.

The 2023 Grenache Old Vines pits supple, rounded berry fruit against lively acids and super-crunchy textures. It’s a little prickly on the palate, but that happens to work well in this context, especially with a slight chill. Kirsch, blood orange, turned earth and white pepper leap across the palate with real verve.
