I needed to speak with representatives at B‑21 on 2 separate occasions regarding my order and was greeted with VERY helpful, informative individuals. I received regular updates on my order and was please to see that my wine was delivered as promised on the days specified. I will definately purchase more wine from B‑21 in the future! Such good communication! I am not used to being responded to and respected as much as I was with B‑21. BRAVO!
