More exuberant in the glass than the Cornas Harmonie, the 2023 Saint-Joseph Terroir de Granit reveals aromas of dark berries, spice, cedar and pepper, mingled with delicate floral notes. Medium- to full-bodied, harmonious and layered, it’s elegantly juicy, built around a core of fruit with good depth, concluding with a fresh, penetrating and persistent finish.

Earthy red and black fruits, leafy herbs, pepper, and crushed stone emerge from the 2023 Saint Joseph Terroir De Granit, a medium-bodied, focused Saint Joseph with ripe tannins and outstanding length. This is a classic, slightly old school, character-filled effort to drink over the coming decade. Drink 2026-2036.

Violets, juniper and black olive aromas. Then really quite smooth on the palate, if lean in fruit, with good acidity. This will be too lean for some, but for those that enjoy St-Josephs with a crisp tannic bite, they'll be happy. Drink young. In conversion to organic.
