A southern Pinot Noir, which takes on a very different character from its native Burgundy, the 2023 Haute Vallée De l'Aude Domaine De L'Aigle Pinot Noir was aged for nine months in oak barrels and has a light ruby color as well as a bouquet of candied strawberry, caramel, smoky notes, and subtle spice. Delicious, slightly developed, and well-crafted, it remains quite elegant but will not develop further. Ready to drink. Drink 2025-2027.
