A gorgeously delicate Kabinett from the legacy site, Brauneberger Juffer, in the dead centre of the Mittel Mosel, is staggeringly steep and well-placed to offer ample ripeness vintage after vintage. Sweet, honeyed florals, peach candy rings and whiffs of sweet pear flesh offer intoxicating aromas. The palate is honeyed yet buoyantly light, with sweet pineapples in syrup, delicate candied ginger and a gorgeous display of fresh minerality that lifts the entire finish.
