Vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel, this lively wine offers fresh, cutting grapefruit and lime flavors accented by layers of crushed salt, stone and smoke. Tasted at the end of 2021, the intensely mineral, steely wine is just starting to hit peak but should drink well through 2026.

The 2023 Chablis Village is delineated and focused, with touches of gladed pond and green apple unfolding in the glass. The palate is taut and fresh with a touch of spice. It's harmonious and has ample weight and amplitude on the finish. This is worth seeking out. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.
