The 2023 Arbois Pupillin Chamoz Savagnin comes from a year of good yields, when the wines are more agile than in 2022. It reveals varietal notes of yellow fruit and white pepper. This comes from limestone soils and has the characteristic chalky feeling the soil can give. This comes in at 12% alcohol with a pH of 3.15 and has contained ripeness and very good acidity. This was produced without any added sulfur, but it feels fresh and there is no trace of oxidation.
