The 2023 Plous'srperlipopette, not an easy name that hints at the Ploussard grapes that originated it, comes from three separate plots from different soils, all of them marl based but with different components that give them different colors and profiles. The wine shows an orangish color that gives the impression of an older, more developed wine. It has some spice and smoke, with some notes of grilled watermelon and a very savory mouthfeel. It's deliciously drinkable.
