I have called their support line re delivery of a pre‑order and was very pleased with their level of support in delivering wine around a time period when traveling and\or not available to take receipt. A greater depth of ruby with more evident concentration on the nose. Joyous red berries, correct oak and just enough lift from the small amount of whole bunch. We retasted when Thomas realised he had put too much new oak in the sample. Now with more tension and definition. Drink from 2028-2031. Tasted Nov 2024.

A deft but not imperceptible application of wood sets off more elegant and more layered aromas of red cherry, raspberry and a violet top note. The super-sleek, refined and punchy flavors possess an almost delicate mouthfeel that carries over to the markedly stony and youthfully austere finale. This could use better depth so a few years of cellaring should be helpful.

The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Village comes from two adjacent parcels. It has a well-defined, quite floral bouquet with admirable purity of fruit. The oak is neatly enmeshed. The palate is medium-bodied, taut and fresh, with slightly powdery tannins and a pleasing sapidity shaping the finish. Neat 'n tidy!
