Mirabelle plums and acacia blossoms are woven into the fabric of this creamy and elegant St.-Peray. Flinty freshness right through the very long, pure finish. Should age really well. A cuvee of 90% marsanne and 10% roussanne. Drink or hold.

Honeysuckle and lime flower, with lovely naturalistic acidity. Not the most concentrated vintage of this cuvée, but it's nonetheless lovely in 2023 due to its delicious freshness and drinkability.

A blend of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne from south-facing vines planted on granite soils, the 2023 Saint-Péray has a completely seductive bouquet of white flowers, honeysuckle, anise and spices. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive with a round, fleshy profile, it's long and ethereal, concluding with a delicate, perfumed finish. Bottled just after the 2024 harvest, it was matured in 10-year-old foudres, concrete tanks and one new demi-muid (600-liter barrel). The wine had malolactic fermentation.
