The 2023 Couhins Blanc boasts "a killer perfume of mineral-laced citrus, honeyed orange, crushed stone, and mint, with an almost Riesling-like minerality" along with a super-concentrated, highly vibrant palate.
As crazy as it sounds, Jeb Dunnuck's towering 98-point score puts the 2023 Couhins Blanc puts it on par with the likes of Smith-Haut-Lafitte and ahead of such icons as Cos D'Estournel Blanc, Margaux Pavillon Blanc, and La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc, all for a miniscule fraction of their prices.
