Asphalt and bramble fruit on the nose, with a touch of thyme. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, incisive and nervy, with precise, subtle tannins and a firm mineral backbone. Brambly and focused, showing lovely texture and energy. Drink now.

The 2023 Malbec Estate blends fruit from the Calchaquí Valley, Salta. It was aged for 15 months in 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels (25% new, 75% used). It opens with a sanguine note, ripe plum and a touch of balsamic herbs, with very subtle oak. The palate is intense, with vibrant alcohol balanced by freshness, fine yet firm tannins and a slightly warm finish.
