The 2023 Chardonnay Estate was vinified in a mix of new and neutral barrels, as well as concrete, and underwent partial malolactic fermentation. Aromas of golden apples, pastry cream and herbal top notes introduce a glossy yet lifted palate propelled by a gently tensile core. It concludes with a punchy yet contained finish that lingers on a lifted, cleansing note.

Aged nine months on lees until blending and bottling, the 2023 Chardonnay Estate reveals stone fruits, creamed corn, white flowers, and a kiss of salty, limestone-like minerality. Medium-bodied, it has a fresh, focused, wonderfully pure mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a great finish. Drink 2025-2029.
