LFG. I'm guessing the winemakers mean, "Let's freaking go." Given the beautiful 2023 vintage, LFG should stand for "let's freaking grin." A captivating boysenberry sorbet and blueberry aroma combination is counterpointed by notes of forest floor and crushed brick dust. The wine's massive tannins support flavors of cranberry, red raspberry, orange zest and cedar. Enjoy 2025-2038.

The 2023 Pinot Noir LFG pours a saturated, dark red color and is spicy and forward on the nose, with notes of sandalwood, ripe cherries, baking spice, and clove. The palate boasts a more floral and elegant profile, with fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a floating purity of fruit through the finish. It’s a highly charming and appealing wine now, although it seems likely to improve over the coming year or more. Drink 2025-2035.

The 2023 Pinot Noir LFG is dusty in character, mixing rose petals and cracked chalk with wild strawberries. Soothingly round, it splashes across the palate with mineral-laced wild berry fruit as violet inner florals resonate. This 2023 leaves a lovely inner tension and hints of Earl Grey to linger.

Tense in structure yet polished, with handsome flavors of blueberry and raspberry laced with mineral, licorice and dusky spice notes. Finishes with broad-shouldered tannins. Drink now through 2035. 973 cases made.
