The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon slowly evolves with nuances of gravel dust and dried violets, giving way to citrus-inflected blackberries. It's savory in style with cooling acidity and a soothingly round feel as herbal tones resonate over a wave of dark red fruits. This wine tapers off with a pleasantly bitter tinge yet remains fresh, leaving a tart wild berry twang.

It shows ample black and red berry fruits but is really driven by a savoury tone from start to finish. Aromas of fir tips, smoked cedar plank and and classic notes of red currant and Fleshy berries jump on the fore palate, with lingering notes of savoury bay leaf, mint and dried thyme. Glinting graphite buoys the fresh black fruits, all tied together with a smoky, saline finish.
