The 2023 Chardonnay Sigrid is remarkably weightless despite its full-bodied frame, floating across the palate with crystalline purity, salinity, pear, almond, candle wax, and bright lime. Supple and seamless, it has terrific persistence and savory length. This is one I'd be inclined to hold back for a few years. Drink 2027-2040.

The 2023 Chardonnay Sigrid is smoky and intense as crushed stone and oyster shell mix with dried sage and young white peach aromas. On the palate, it is soothing, with round textures and ripe orchard fruit energized by a core of brisk acidity, while a saline inflection builds toward the close. It finishes with superb length, staining yet fresh, leaving an intense citrus saturation and chewy sensation as minty herbal tones maintain striking freshness. There is so much complexity here. The 2023 Chardonnay Sigrid is already a pleasure to taste, but it will evolve effortlessly for many years to come.

An opulent and graceful full-bodied wine with a pleasing mix of plush stone fruit, citrus and citrus peel. The aromas are beautiful and decadent, with baked citrus, pastry crust, wet stones and white flowers. Nice concentration and tension on the palate, with cleansing acidity and a very long finish. Delicious now, but built to age.
