Excellent online store with hard to find and specialty items. I've used B‑21 online ordering several times and everything always shows up on time and packaged well. The ecommerce site works well and is easy to use. I like that B‑21 has items that aren't easy to find, and the prices are always fair.

Quick & Reliable. However told me I needed to be there to sign for delivery and then just dropped it off anyway in my carport. B21 should do what they say they will do i.e. make a 21+ sign for package. Otherwise they should give option to drop package off with no signature needed. Then I will not have to wait around the house all fricken day!
