A moody mix of dried black cherries, cedar shavings and brown spices wafts up from the 2022 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo dal Tralcetto. Round and supple, it displays ripe red berry fruits and lavender inner florals guided by brisk acidity. Gently tannic yet spry, this tapers off with notes of sour blackberry.
