Packaged in a very heavy squat bottle, the Villa Sandi 2021 Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze La Rivetta Brut is a much drier expression of a sparkling wine that traditionally sees hints of soft residual sugar. This Brut sparkler is instead quite focused and bright. It offers delicate complexity with pretty floral aromas that cede to grated lemon zest and white mineral. The finish is compact and fine.
