This shows attractive aromas of citrus and stone fruit with hints of seashell, with stony and ashy undertones. Medium-bodied, tangy and fresh with vivid acidity and a polished mineral backbone to it. Steady and focused with a crunchy finish. A blend of carricante, catarratto, grecanico and minnella. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

First produced in 2005, this Etna Bianco, a blend of 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico and 5% Inzolia from the north slope, has a bright, pithy nose with hints of stone and peach. In the mouth it's very saline and succulent, vertical and pithy, showing a lovely softness of yellow fruits with floral overtones, leading to a lingering, stony finish. So light on its feet yet intense in flavour, with a body that melts away leaving you wanting another sip.

The 2022 Etna Bianco is smoky in the glass, exciting the senses with a burst of crushed rocks and raw almonds before giving way to citrus-stringed peach. It’s soothingly soft and enveloping with weighty textures lifted by vibrant acidity. Masses of mineral-laden orchard fruits and sweet spices collide on the palate. The 2022 finishes remarkably fresh yet grippy and long, leaving the mouth watering for more. The level of complexity here is off the charts for an entry-level Etna Bianco. Yum!

This crackles with an underpinning of salinity, working with vibrant acidity to buoy a well-meshed profile of apricot tart, persimmon, mandarin orange peel, chamomile and chopped almond flavors. Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico and Insolia. Drink now through 2027. 3,000 cases made, 850 cases imported.
