A combination of dusty blackberry, violets and earthy forest floor aromas gives you the feeling that you are picking fruit from wild vines at the edge of the woods. The beautiful balance between energetic acidity and firm tannins is the backdrop for blackberry pie, black tea and sage flavors. Texture as elegant as a silk glove is the blackberry on top for this impressive reserve wine.

A youthful red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Reserve leads with notes of red cherries, cinnamon, pressed roses, and refined hints of mushroomy earth. It’s medium-bodied, with a lovely, graceful feel, and features a well-managed fruitiness and openness characteristic of the Dundee Hills, yet without feeling heavy. It’s a highly appealing wine now, though it should also drink well over the next 7-10 years. It was aged for 10 months in 35% new French oak barrels, followed by an additional four months in stainless steel before bottling. 3200 cases were produced.

The 2022 Pinot Noir Reserve is understated in the glass, as balsamic and licorice tones complicate wild strawberries on the nose. Cool and round, it washes across the palate with ripe wild berry fruits complemented by nuances of sweet sage. It leaves a tart saturation and an array of fine-grained tannins as echoes of wild blueberry fade.

A tightly focused red, with cherry and tart raspberry flavors highlighted by orange blossoms, Asian tea and dusky spices that zip along the vibrant finish. Drink now through 2032. 3,200 cases made.

A delicate and nuanced wine made primarily from the winery’s oldest plantings, from 1997. Aromas of Bing cherries, cedar, savory herbs and red earth. Light- to medium-bodied with very fine tannins and flavors of roses and bergamot tea. Drink or hold.
