This wine has typical Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics of black plums, black current, Mediterranean herbs and toasted oak aroma. Cabernet sauvignon has the typical expression of the fine Galilee soil and its unique terroir. We, at Recanati winery, had been searching in the past few years to allocate the finest vineyards in the upper Galilee for this series.
