The 2022 Chardonnay Convicciones was sourced from La Cautiva, a location at the climatic edge for vine growing in the Uco Valley. Aged for up to two years in barrels and foudres, this yellow-gold wine reveals aromas of oak, orange, pear and enticing wild herbs. Dry, lean and compact, it offers a pleasing contrast between the plush texture from the oak and the wine's chalky core, creating a balanced, velvety palate. This is a delicious high-altitude white.

Pure and nicely reductive nose with lots of flavors of pomelo skin, beeswax, lemon zest and flint. Quite elegant. A full-bodied, flavorsome and creamy texture is offset by vibrant acidity and minerality. Nicely phenolic and long at the end. Drink or hold.
