I began using B21 about 2 years ago. Wish I had found them sooner. They represent about 70% to 80 % of my liquor buys. Only the odd things are purchased elsewhere. Deep ruby/plum-hued, with a great nose of blackberries, mulled cherries, leather, burning embers, pepper, and camphor, the 2022 Aspire is based on 86% Syrah and 14% Grenache, aged 22 months in French oak (70% new). It's medium to full-bodied, ultra-pure, beautifully balanced, and layered, with an undeniable sense of minerality on the finish. This Syrah blend will keep for at least 10-12 years. Drink 2025-2037.
