The nose is pure and focused, led by a clean note of Anjou pear and ripe white peach. The palate is round, with salty minerality lifting a soft pear core. Bright acidity adds length, carrying into a gentle almond finish. Easy to enjoy now.

White grapefruit, white peaches, acacia flowers and minerals on the nose, as well as a touch of flint. It’s crisp, precise and medium-bodied, with a textured and mineral finish. Drink now.

Cool, layered and pretty aromas of white pepper, spice and more floral-suffused nuances lead to very rich and generously proportioned flavors that are a bit less vibrant and the finish, while clean and nicely dry, falls off more quickly. This lightly wooded effort may better come together but at present, it doesn't seem to be at the same level.
