The wine has an attractive nose of golden apple and dried grass frond accented with white blossom. Round in texture, the midpalate washes across wet stone and lemongrass. This is a classic Chablis that can be enjoyed any day of the week.

White peaches, almonds, lemons and seashells on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied, mineral and lightly chalky palate. Cool finish. Drink now.

Cooler and airier aromas possess better Chablis typicity as well as more citrus influence that includes a touch of grapefruit skin. The sleek, intense and precise flavors exude both good minerality and bitter lemon hints on the youthfully austere, focused and lingering finale. This could use more depth but a few years of cellaring should be effective.
