I began using B21 about 2 years ago. Wish I had found them sooner. They represent about 70% to 80 % of my liquor buys. Only the odd things are purchased elsewhere. Our Pinot Noir shows that patience and experience matter. Aging this wine for an average of 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels imparts hints of vanilla, waffle cone and toasty oak. A moderate grip of acidity and low tannins allow this expressive wine to complement a wide range of foods.
