At Herdade do Rocim we have respected the natural vocation of the region’s terroir from the outset, producing fresh, elegant and mineral wines. We combine all the know-how of modern oenology with ancestral forms of winemaking such as the Alentejo carvings and foot treading in stone presses. All fermentations are monitored daily by our winemakers and decisions are made individually for each wine, which is treated, thought through and created in a unique way.
