The 2022 Coyam is a field blend from the Los Robles estate in Colchagua. It aged for 14 months in barrels (30% foudre). Complex and layered, the 2022 opens with plum, blackberry, ash, spice and oak aromas. The vintage lent its mark to the fruit profile. This is dry and creamy, with a generous, flavorful palate. It misses a bit of nuance compared to the excellent 2021, but the 2022 still delivers in intensity and aromatic clarity.

Lots of graphite and blackberries with dried flowers such as lavender and sage. Aromas follow through to a medium to full body, fine tannins and a fresh and savory finish. Plenty of dark berries and forest floor at the end. 31% syrah, 28% carmenere, 17% cabernet sauvignon, 14% carignan, 6% garnacha and 4% mourvedre.
