The late harvest is wrapping up at the end of the first week of November. Red rose petals, smoky clove, and taut and energetic red fruits alight from the glass. The palate keeps a savoury tone with streaks of ripe raspberries, graphite minerality, spicy dried herbs, and a peppery complexity that wraps the finish.
