I began using B21 about 2 years ago. Wish I had found them sooner. They represent about 70% to 80 % of my liquor buys. Only the odd things are purchased elsewhere. Once you use them you will be hooked. Inventory, professional staff, quick shipping and competative pricing are what I really appreciate. Try them, you have nothing to lose and much to gain.

I tasted the 2022 Extra-Brut Hors Série in three versions during dosage trials. Ample and creamy, the 2022 is a Champagne of striking textural breadth and resonance. Layers of citrus confit and floral notes develop with time. It will be interesting to see where this ends up, as the wine itself is absolutely gorgeous. I preferred the version with the lowest dosage, as it seemed to offer the best balance in a vintage that already offers so much natural richness of its own.
