The name of the 2021 Riesling S.A.Prüm Blue Trocken is a nod to the soils underlying this blend of Bernkastel sites, all on blue Devonian slate. Lovely and subtle citrus scent on the nose. The palate is juicy, inflected with ripe apple and a charming apple skin bitterness. Very juicy, beautifully bold, very refreshing and dry with 5.4g/L of sweetness and 8.3g/L of acidity. (Dry)
