Juicy plums, crème de cassis, and boysenberry notes come barreling out, followed by scents of cedar chest, dark chocolate, and licorice. The full-bodied is jam-packed with concentrated black fruit and spicy flavors, supported by very firm, ripe tannins, finishing with epic length and fabulous mineral sparks.

Showcasing black cherries and cassis, buttressed by dried spices and loamy earth, this is full-bodied and richly concentrated in the mouth. It stands out on the finish for its mouthwatering length and dusty but ripe tannins.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon, 100% F Block, is a more classic expression of To Kalon in a modern sense, if I can say that. Rich, potent and quite deep, the 2021 possesses tremendous depth and textural resonance. Black cherry, plum, crème de cassis, leather, incense, licorice and chocolate all build as this explosive, ample Cabernet shows off its personality.
