Very vibrant with a wide spectrum of garden herb aromas plus all the shades of apple and crisp pear. Exciting interplay of ripeness and very crisp acidity on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Very zesty finish with pronounced minerality. Drink or hold.

Talk about typicity. This wine is exactly what you want from an Alsace Pinot Gris. The nose is juicy apple, slate, steel and white blossoms. On the palate, this wine is lively with acidity, but there's an apple-pie softness and weight to it. Savory notes of fines herbes and mild hard cheese provide balance into a lingering saline finish. Full of culinary goodness, this is a wine to pair with just about any vegetable, fish or poultry dish.
