The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Floresta from Alto Jahuel, Maipo, was aged for 14 months in used French barrels. Garnet red with a purple sheen. The aromas feature red fruit with hints of graphite and sour cherry over herbs and violets with a slight perceptible layer of oak. Linear in the mouth with a juicy flow and finely grained tannins, the finish is taut and fruity. A modern, long-lasting wine.

Racy strawberries, cherries, roasted pepper and a splash of Mexican chocolate. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate with fine-grained tannins. Tense and fruit-expressive. Pure and honest. Drink or hold.

The varietal 2021 Floresta Cabernet Sauvignon is serious, harmonious and clean, with integrated oak and plenty of black peppercorn aromas and flavors, very spicy and tasty. It has abundant tannins that would welcome some food. 45,000 bottles produced.
