Ripe but still fresh, with plums, cherries and peppery spices. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, with chewy, extracted tannins and a medium-long, grainy finish. A bit more polish would take it to the next level, but this should soften in two more years. Tempranillo. Vegan. Try after 2025.
