Another beautiful white, the 2021 Costières De Nîmes Nostre Païs Blanc is 80% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette, and 5% Viognier. White peach, apple blossom, and floral nuances all flow to a medium-bodied, clean, vibrant, refreshing white that displays a distinct sense of minerality on the finish. This versatile, textured, incredibly satisfying white will evolve for 3-5 years, although I like it today.
