The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley checks in as a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and a splash of Cabernet Franc coming from multiple terroirs throughout the valley. A gorgeous Cabernet, it has ripe red and black fruits as well as some tobacco and spicy, floral notes, medium to full body, ripe, velvety tannins, great mid-palate depth, and a great finish.

This gorgeous wine offers immense drinking pleasure from the first whiff to the last drop. A host of blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry fruit appears on the nose and palate. The tannins are impressively polished, and the finish is long and mineral-rich.

A framed and flavorful red with blackberry, black currant and chocolate aromas and flavors. Lead pencil. Full and layered with solid chewy tannins. Big but the tannins keep it in line. A blend of 86% cabernet sauvignon, 12% merlot, and 2% cabernet franc. Better in two or three years.
