A long and dry growing season brought developed flavors along with vibrant acidity in this Sauvignon Blanc. Whole cluster pressing, segregation of the top portions of juice, and a stainless-steel fermentation captured the electric energy of this variety, grown in our favorite appellation. A bouquet of white fruit, lemongrass, and crisp apricot will draw you into fresh flavors of boxwood and white peach, with an endless finish.
