The white 2021 Selección Blanco was first produced in 1991, and since then, they have used the Viura and Malvasía grapes planted at the beginning of the rows, fermenting them in barrel and have added other varieties since 2016 they. This 2021 is a complex blend of mostly Viura, 11% Garnacha Blanca, 10% Maturana Blanca, 7% Tempranillo Blanco, 3% Torrontés and 3% Malvasía with 13.4% alcohol. It's from a cool vintage that delivered a vibrant wine with great acidity and freshness, serious, clean, with integrated oak and great aging potential. It finishes dry, with a chalky feeling. 48,000 bottles and 100 magnums produced. It was bottled in March 2022.

A fresh and taut expression of Rioja Blanco, full of bright lemon zest, sliced green apples and minerals. A crunchy yet tactile, medium-bodied palate with a zingy thread of acidity. Tense and energetic. Drink now.
