The inky black/purple 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Archimedes takes a brooding and forward profile in the glass, opening to reveal menthol, baked blackberries, lavender, and leather. Fleshy and full-bodied, it fills the palate with building, ripe tannins and an earthy finish. It should hold on over the coming 6-7 years. 1568 cases were produced.

A deep, opaque ruby in the glass, this Cabernet displays aromas of black plum, currant, pencil shavings and cocoa powder on the nose. The palate is gripping and intense, with black fruit and savory spice flavors mingling through the finish. Best 2030-2040.
