The 2021 Malbec Virgen Orgánico comes from the Uco Valley and has no added sulfites. Violet in color. The nose is straightforwardly reductive with notes of gunpowder preceding faint aromas of dark fruit. In the mouth, the tannins are reactive, along with the reductive nose, this ensures the wine’s longevity. The dark fruit returns at the end.
