Nicely roasted spices, black olives and a hint of tobacco to the currants and dark chocolate. Medium body with some fine-grained tannins and a flavorful finish. Plenty of roasted red chili pepper and savory spices in the medium-long finish. Excellent quality and value. Drink now.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva hails from the Colchagua Valley and was aged for 12 months, 80% in oak barrels and the remainder in foudres. The fresh nose presents redcurrant and cherry notes over a bed of oak and pepper. Indulgent in the mouth, a juicy, mildly refreshing acidity stirs up finely grained tannins. A lasting, crowd-pleasing Cab.

The grapes were sourced from vines that grow in the Tinguiririca River banks in Marchigüe, Colchagua Valley. This wine shows tension and a good amount of fruit flavors. Additional notes of cigar box complement the palate. It's a well-structured and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon.
