The wine's aromatics channel Doc Holliday whispering, “I'm your huckleberry.” Huckleberries dominate this aromatic set, joined by vanilla and holster leather. Tart blueberries meet sweet Sungold tomatoes on the palate, along with an earthy blackberry-tea flavor. Great acidity here, with velvety tannins.

Chalk dust, lavender and exotic spices accentuate crushed blackberries as the 2021 Pinot Noir Cygnus Block blossoms in the glass. A wave of liquid florals coats the palate as tart wild berry fruits and hints of sour citrus add cheek-puckering tension throughout. It's staining, long and mouthwatering, leaving a saturation of grippy tannins as residual acidity enlivens the finale.
