Produced at Bouchard since 1907, the 2019 Beaune 1er Cru du Chateau was sourced from 26 hectares of organically farmed estate vineyards across 17 parcels in the Beaune premier cru planted in a range of pebble and marl limestone soils that reflect the region's varied terroir, each of the individual parcels ranging from Savigny-lès-Beaune to its border with Pommard fermented separately.
