A woodland-inspired blend of wild berries, peppery herbs and cedar wafts up from the 2021 Foresco. It’s soft textured and cool-toned in feel. Sour citrus accentuates silken waves of ripe red and black fruits. The 2021 leaves a gentle tug of fine tannins and pleasantly bitter concentration, tapering off long yet full of life. The Foresco is primarily Sangiovese with a 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot mix.
