The 2021 Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has a splash of Cabernet Franc in the blend. Deep garnet-purple in color, it leaps with red and black fruit, plus earth, mineral, and savory notes. The full-bodied palate is so concentrated - firm, grainy, muscular, and very savory, with a long finish.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is a more restrained, focused expression of this vineyard yet it still brings beautiful depth and richness, Cassis, graphite, spring flowers, and damp earth all define the aromatics, and it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, ripe, polished, fine-grained tannins, and a great finish. Based on 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet Franc, give bottles 3-5 years and it too will cruise over the following two decades.

Luxurious, ripe and lush, the wine exudes black cherries, cinnamon, baked blueberries, cedar and graphite aromas before mouth-coating tannins, deep dried cherry and baked plum flavors fill the palate.
