The scent of cherry, cocoa powder and dried Mediterranean herbs wafts from the glass. Tannins come on strong at first and then peel back to showcase bright acidity and black-cherry, Mission fig, caramel, eucalyptus and mocha flavors that coalesce in a slightly spicy finish.
