Sorry Mark Angeli there is a new superstar in town. Incredible flavor, great acidity and wonderful textures. The finishes just stayed with you and the wines were vibrant and alive on the palate. These wines stole the show at the Bowler tasting for me and I will tuck away some in my cellar as they have a great future ahead of them. I cannot get these wines out of my head. The vineyards are tilled; no weeding nor insecticides. The vine treatments are made up only of sulphur, pulp of Bordeaux and biodynamic preparations (certification ECOCERT). Bud-thinning, and green harvest follow inturn. The winemaking, most simply, consists of very slow pressing over a dozen hours. Bottling occurs one year after the vintage with no chaptalization.
